Meadowbank is a riverside apartment hub on the Parramatta River, built up fast on what used to be industrial land.

A full rewire alongside a switchboard upgrade is common on that end of the job list, done properly the first time rather than staged across separate visits.

The pace of that rebuild is part of the story too. Where a factory site becomes six apartment towers inside a decade, the electrical infrastructure underneath has to scale just as quickly, and it doesn't always keep pace with the last stage of the build.
